At the same time, the prestige of Sanatan Dharma has been restored worldwide, and Sanatanis are now proudly affirming their Hindu identity.” These were the words of Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria, who graced the Sanatan Ratna Samman ceremony as the Chief Guest. The event was organized by Vishva Sanatan Dharma Sabha, Punjab. Guiding Minister Shrinivasulu was also present as a Special Guest. Ashwini Sekhri, President of Vishva Sanatan Dharma Sabha, Punjab, extended a warm welcome to them.
During the ceremony, Gulab Chand Kataria honored several eminent personalities.
On this occasion, the host organization’s president, Ashwini Sekhri—who had earlier served as a Cabinet Minister in Captain Amarinder Singh’s government in Punjab—said that, as part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday celebrations, a nationwide Seva Pakhwada is being observed.
Press Secretary of the Sabha, Sunil Bhardwaj, informed that during the event, appointment letters were distributed to 125 district and urban presidents from across Punjab, thereby expanding the Sabha’s reach.
On this occasion, many dignitaries including Mahesh Gupta (General Secretary), Devi Dayal Parashar (Senior Vice President), Buddish Aggarwal (Finance Secretary), Raj Garg (Vice President), and Gulshan Mahajan (Coordinator) were also present.
