Launch of Citizen Engagement Questionnaire under ‘Samridh Himachal-2045’ Initiative
Bilaspur Residents Urged to Contribute Ideas for a Prosperous Future — DC

Bilaspur, August 11, 2025-With the aim of preparing a well-structured 20-year roadmap for the state’s sustainable economic growth and self-reliance, the Samridh Himachal-2045 initiative has been launched. Under this vision, an online Citizen Engagement Questionnaire was inaugurated on July 26, 2025 by the Chief Secretary. The questionnaire will remain open for public responses until August 26, 2025, inviting suggestions that will help shape the future of Himachal Pradesh.

Deputy Commissioner Bilaspur, Rahul Kumar, said that this initiative is a crucial step towards participatory governance, providing every citizen with a direct opportunity to contribute to policy-making. The questionnaire is available in both Hindi and English for easy accessibility. Citizens can participate through the link: https://forms.gle/WAU9xDiLaR85PStC6.

He further informed that the district administration is running an extensive public awareness campaign to ensure maximum participation so that no citizen is deprived of this opportunity.

Rahul Kumar appealed to all residents of the district, saying:

उपायुक्त ने नौणी में किया फोरलेन सड़क निर्माण कार्यों का निरीक्षण

बिलासपुर, 11 अगस्त: उपायुक्त बिलासपुर राहुल कुमार आज नम्होल से नौणी तक फोरलेन के निर्माण कार्यों का निरीक्षण करने नौणी (एम्स) पहुंचे। इस दौरान उन्होंने निर्माणाधीन फोरलेन को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा की तथा चल रहे निर्माण कार्यों का निरीक्षण भी किया।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिला बिलासपुर में नम्होल से लेकर नौणी तक 14.350 किलोमीटर लंबे फोरलेन का निर्माण कार्य किया जाना है। उन्होंने संबंधित फोरलेन निर्माण कंपनी गावर के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि निर्माण कार्यों के चलते यातायात अवरूद्ध नहीं होना चाहिए तथा मार्ग से आने जाने वाले यात्रियों एवं वाहन चालकों को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा का सामना न करना पड़े। उन्होंने संबंधित कंपनी को डंपिंग का कार्य भी नियमानुसार करने तथा फोरलेन निर्माण कार्य को निर्धारित समयावधि वर्ष 2027 तक पूर्ण करने के भी निर्देश दिये।
इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने एम्स के समीप निर्माणाधीन अंडरपास स्थल का भी निरीक्षण किया तथा फोरलेन सड़क निर्माण कंपनियों के अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश भी दिये।
इस मौके पर एसडीएम सदर राजदीप सिंह सहित फोरलेन निर्माण से जुड़ी कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधि भी मौजूद रहे।
