CHANDIGARH, 12.10.25-Dr Aman Sharma, Professor in the Clinical Immunology & Rheumatology division of the Department of Internal Medicine at PGIMER, Chandigarh, was formally installed as President of the Indian Rheumatology Association (IRA) at the valedictory ceremony of the 40th Annual Conference of Indian Rheumatology association (IRACON 2025) held at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi.
The four-day conference, held from October 9 to 12 at the India International Convention & Expo Centre in Dwarka, New Delhi, brought together around 2000 rheumatologists, clinical immunologists, researchers, trainees and allied professionals from across India and abroad.
Dr Aman Sharma has previously held the positions of secretary, treasurer and executive committee member of IRA .
