Mahendragar, 2 01.23-A two-day exhibition of indigenous goods started at Central University01.23- of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh from Tuesday in collaboration with Zila Mahendergarh Khadi Gramodyog Karyakarta Sangh, Narnaul.

The exhibition was inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar. Exhibition organized by Centre for Innovation and Incubation, the Vice-Chancellor said that this exhibition of indigenous goods is an attempt to develop indigenous love among students, research scholars, teachers, non-teaching staff and realize the dream of a self-reliant India associated with it. He said that the various products available here are providing an opportunity to the students to develop new ideas for the development of new indigenous products and their marketable form.

Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that remarkable efforts are being made in the University to realize the slogan of Vocal for Local and the vision of Atmnirbhar Bharat given by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. On this occasion, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Sushma Yadav said that definitely this exhibition organized in collaboration with Zila Mahendragarh Khadi Gramodyog Karyakarta Sangh, Narnaul will prove to be helpful in making public useful indigenous products easily available to various participants of the University. He said that looking at the products available here, it is known how indigenous products are replacing the products manufactured by foreign companies. Prof. Sunita Srivastava, Convenor, Centre for Innovation and Incubation said that the clothes and other products available in the exhibition are completely manufactured by indigenous producers. She told that continuous efforts are going on through the center to build a Atmnirbhar Bharat. In which efforts are being made from the development of new ideas to their implementation. Balwant Sharma, Secretary, Zila Mahendergarh Khadi Gramodyog Karyakarta Sangh expressed his gratitude to the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Sushma Yadav, Registrar Prof. Sunil Kumar and Prof. Sunita Srivastava and said that through the exhibition it has been possible to make Khadi products accessible to various participants of the University. On this occasion, Prof. Ranjan Aneja, Prof. Pawan Maurya, Prof. Dinesh Chahal, Dr. Renu Yadav and member, Centre for Innovation and Incubation Sunil Agarwal were also present.
