CHANDIGARH, 07.03.26-The Aesthesia Club of Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Sector 32, Chandigarh, organized a Flash Mob and a Best Out of Waste activity on 6th March, 2026 to promote mental health and self-love among students.
The Best Out of Waste competition was based on the theme of mental health and encouraged students to creatively express ideas related to emotional well-being, self-care, and psychological awareness using discarded and recyclable materials. Participants presented innovative and thoughtful creations that highlighted messages of resilience, self-awareness, and the importance of caring for one’s mental health.
The Flash Mob titled ‘Let the Heart Lead’ focused on the theme of self-love and self-acceptance. Through energetic choreography and expressive performances, students conveyed powerful messages about embracing oneself, prioritizing mental health, and spreading positivity. The performance created an engaging and lively atmosphere on campus while encouraging students to reflect on the importance of self-love.
Principal Dr. Ajay Sharma appreciated the initiative and extended his support to the club for promoting awareness and social sensitivity through creative activities. The events were organized under the guidance of Dr. Tarundeep Kaur, Head of Aesthesia Club, and were coordinated by Ms. Pooja Thakur, Ms. Kritika Singh, Mr. Abhinav Sharma and Mr. Jaswant Singh.
