*Written orders issued by Director General of Haryana State Transport to all General Managers, Bus service should be ensured as per feasibility*

Chandigarh, 30 July – Haryana's Transport Minister Sh. Anil Vij today gave a gift to the people of the state to providing bus service to every village and said that in all villages of the state, Haryana Roadways buses will provide services to passengers.

Giving more details, Sh. Vij said that to ensure bus service to the villagers in every village, written orders have been issued by the Director General of Haryana State Transport to all General Managers.

Apart from this, the Transport Minister said that Haryana Roadways transport facility will be started in all such villages of Haryana where Haryana Roadways bus service has not yet reached, so that availability of public transport can be ensured in every village of the state.

He said that all General Managers of the state have been instructed to ensure bus service in each village of their respective districts as per feasibility, so that passengers of every village can get the facility of Haryana Roadways.

It is noteworthy that in the past days, the Transport Minister had issued directions to the Director General of State Transport that Haryana Roadways bus service should be made available in every village of Haryana, so that villagers do not face any kind of difficulty in commuting.

Chandigarh, July 31- Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister Sh. Anil Vij has taken strict stance in the case involving the alleged forced eviction of a family residing on the Barfkhana land in Ambala. Acting on the family's complaint, he directed the Ambala SP to investigate the matter thoroughly and register a case against the accused.

Today, Sh. Vij was redressing to the grievances of people from the Ambala Cantonment Assembly area at his residence in Ambala.

Marcelino Noronha and his family, who have been residing on the Barfkhana land for approximately 85 years, submitted a complaint alleging that some individuals forcibly evicted them from their home through intimidation and threats. The family informed Minister Anil Vij that they had filed a complaint at the Cantt police station on May 13, but it was not registered. Responding to the complaint, Sh. Vij instructed the SP to take strict action.

A resident from Shivpuri Colony, who accompanied the family, also informed with a complaint to Minister Anil Vij. He said that last night, while passing near Namaste Chowk, he was attacked and injured by some individuals after a minor argument. He lodged a complaint at the Housing Board police post, and later, while at the civil hospital, the accused attacked him again. Angered by the incident, Minister Vij reprimanded the Cantt SHO present on the spot and stated, "I will not allow hooliganism in my city." He ordered the immediate arrest of all those involved. On this occasion he directed to the concerned officials on other complaints in which included Citizens demanded that buses be made to stop in Kansapur, the need to lay a pipeline in a street in Boh etc. Minister Anil Vij issued directives to the concerned officials to take appropriate action on all such matters. Officials from various departments were present on this occasion.
