CPDL Director Sh. Arun Verma confirmed agreement on both proposals, stating that the company plans to extend the VDS deadline and base load calculations on used electrical equipment, as already clarified on their website. He further noted CPDL’s efforts to address customer complaints promptly by expanding its workforce. Verma urged consumers to accurately declare their power loads to enable better power distribution planning and minimize outages.

In response to CRAWFED’s query about issuing monthly bills instead of bi-monthly, Verma assured that CPDL is working on implementing this change, with plans to start from January 2026.
