Oscar Overseas at SCO No 164-165 Sector 9 Chandigarh with any permission and disobey the order of DM, UT, Chandigarh. A Case FIR No 51 U/S 223 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 03 Chandigarh, later on accused released on bail. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One arrested in Consuming liquor

Chandigarh Police arrested Rajnish R/o # 5752 Maloya Chandigarh from Rehri Market Sector 38/D Chandigarh on 19.06.2025 while drinking and creating nuisance at a public place. A Case FIR No 83 U/S 68(1)B PP Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 39 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One arrested in Voluntarily causing hurt or grievous hurt by dangerous weapons

A Case FIR No 54 U/S 118(1) BNS has been registered in Police Station Industrial Area Chandigarh on the complaint of Jiven Lal R/o # 918, Village Dariya Chandigarh against one juvenile who attacked on complainant with a sickle type weapon 19.06.2025 near Raj bagh wali galli, Dariya Chandigarh. Complaint was lifted to GMCH- 32 Chandigarh. During the investigation one juvenile was arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 90 U/S 318(4), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector – 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of one lady R/o # Village Nahri, District Sonipat Haryana against Deepak Sharma (Owner) and other, R/o # SCO No. 76 Sec-17/D, Chandigarh. They cheated with complainant RS. 5,74,000/- regarding work and Tourist visa. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 91 U/S 318(4), 61(2) BNS & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector – 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Mr. Shubham Vig R/O # 699 Street no 02 Mohala Molvian Hoshiarpur Punjab against Anubhav Garg, Owner of SCO No. 110-11, 2nd Floor Sec 17/C, Chandigarh who cheated with complainant RS.7,05,000/- regarding work and Tourist visa. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 69 U/S 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Cyber Cell Sector -17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Aakashdeep Singh R/O #3097/1, Sec-47 Chandigarh against Unknown Person who Cheated With Complainant RS. 06,08,960/- through online transaction. Victim Bablu R/o # 76 Village Kishangarh Chandigarh was admitted in GMSH-16 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 35 U/S 125(A), 281 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 49 Chandigarh on the complaint of Constable Anil Mor Police Station Sector 49 Chandigarh against driver of car no CH01BH-8902 which hit to a cyclist near Faidan Barrier on 19.06.2025. Victim cyclist got injuries lifted to GMCH- 32 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.
