CHANDIGARH, 06.09.25-On September 6, 2025 – A remarkably successful complimentary medical camp was conducted today at Shri Radha Krishan Mandir, Sector 40-A, Chandigarh. The event was collaboratively organized by the esteemed medical team from Lavasa Hospital, Mohali, in conjunction with the MIG Duplex Welfare Association, Sector 40-B, Chandigarh, with the coordination of the Radha Krishan Mandir organizers.
The camp convened a cadre of specialist physicians across various disciplines, including Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Dentistry, Pulmonology, Cardiology, and Urology, who generously provided free consultations to local residents. Furthermore, essential diagnostic evaluations such as Random Blood Sugar (RBS), Blood Pressure (BP), Lung Function Tests, Eye Examinations, Dental Assessments, and Hearing Tests were conducted.
The Camp, accommodating approximately 130 patients from the surrounding community, was inaugurated by Shri Barinder Rawat, a distinguished BJP leader in the region.
This program was made possible through the unwavering commitment of community leaders: Shri Tarsem Sharma (President), Shri Harish Thaper (Chairman), Shri R.K. Kaushik (Vice President), Shri V.C. Garg (General Secretary), Shri S.C. Whadera (Finance Secretary), and Shri Vinod Kumar (RWA), as well as Shri B.P. Arora (President) and Shri Vinay Kumar (General Secretary) of Radha Krishan Mandir. Each of these individuals played a crucial role in galvanizing residents and ensuring the meticulous organization of the event. The Women’s Wing of the RWA, comprising Smt. Deepali Sabharwal, Smt. Veenu Passi, and Meenu, also made significant contributions to the successful orchestration of the camp.
