A Case FIR No. 84, u/s 21 NDPS Act, has been registered at Police Station Manimajra, Chandigarh, on the complaint of ASI Manish No. 1895/CHG, against Vasu @ Dabang S/o Kamaljeet, R/o Siklikar Mohalla, Village Mubarakpur, Tehsil Dera Bassi, District Mohali, Punjab, aged 33 years. The accused was apprehended near T-Point, backside Government School, Mani Majra, Chandigarh, on 08.09.2026, and 13.76 grams of heroin was recovered from his possession. The accused is in police custody.

The accused was apprehended near Shani Mandir, Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh, on 08.09.2026 and one button-operated foldable knife was recovered from his possession. The accused is in police custody.
A Case FIR No. 151, u/s 25-54-59 Arms Act, has been registered at Police Station-31, Chandigarh, on the complaint of ASI Anil Kumar No. 3236/CP, against Vicky @ Golu S/o Raju, R/o House No. 1115, PH-1, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh, aged 25 years. The accused was apprehended from the backside of Tu Hi Tu Mandir, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh, on 08.09.2026, and one Kamanidar knife was recovered from his possession. The accused is in police custody. The complainant alleged that the accused snatched away her golden chain near House No. 1116, Sector-46, Chandigarh, on 08.09.2026. No arrest has been made so far. ACCIDENT
A Case FIR No. 149, u/s 281, 125(A) BNS, has been registered at Police Station-31, Chandigarh, on the complaint of Bintu R/o House No. 37B, Alphine Home, near Joshi Farm, Zirakpur, Mohali, Punjab, against the driver of an unknown vehicle. The complainant alleged that the unknown vehicle hit Activa No. PB-70M-8454, driven by his father, near Poultry Farm Chowk on 04.09.2026 at about 8:30 PM and fled from the spot. The victim sustained injuries and was admitted to PGI, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
