Chandigarh-21 June 2026-State Bank of India (SBI) celebrated the International Day of Yoga 2026 at its Local Head Office, Sector 17, Chandigarh, in line with this year’s theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing.”
Shri Praveen Kumar, Deputy General Manager (F&O), along with other dignitaries and staff members, graced the occasion. The session was conducted by Sh. Umesh Mittal, a Yoga teacher, who guided participants through various yogic practices aimed at enhancing physical well-being, mental clarity, and overall health.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Praveen Kumar emphasized the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life to promote a healthy lifestyle, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. He encouraged employees to adopt yoga as a regular practice for maintaining physical fitness and mental resilience.
