Three persons arrested in Theft Case

A Case FIR No 174 U/S 305, 331(4) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Manoj Kumar R/o # 1285 Sector 23/B Chandigarh against 2 unknown persons who stole away 5 gram gold coin, 250 gram silver block, 2 pairs of silver anklet, one CCTV DVR and cash Rs. 1.5 lac from his house on 03.12.2025. During the investigation the accused Sunny R/o # 3375 Sector 25 Chandigarh was arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 202 U/S 303(2) BNS & added 317(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Anil Yadav R/o # 1483 Village Burail Chandigarh against unknown person who stole away battery of complainant auto no PB65AW-5291 Near Govt. School Sector 45 Chandigarh on 18/19/12/2025. During the investigation Gulshan and Mohit, both R/o # 979 Village Burail Chandigarh, were arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Theft

A Case FIR No 261 U/S 305 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 36 Chandigarh on the complaint of Dharamvir R/o #424/2 Manav Colony Saketri Panchkula Haryana against unknown person who stole away 65 taps of kitchen, bathroom from house no 805 Sector 43 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 262 U/S 303(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 36 Chandigarh on the complaint of Gurvinder Singh R/o # Village Chak fateh District Bathinda Punjab against unknown person who stole away his bag containing his ticket box worth Rs. 23166/-, ticket machine, ID Card, ATM Card, two water bottles, house key, rain suit, blanket and medicines from counter no 27 ISBT Sector 43 Chandigarh on 18.12.2025. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 147 U/S 305(A), 331(3) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 39 Chandigarh on the complaint of Harvinder Singh R/o # 536 Sector 40/A Chandigarh against unknown person who stole away complainant two gold ring, one pair tops, mobile phone and 70/80 old coins from his house after broken the lock on 09.11.2025. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 148 U/S 305(A), 331(4) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 39 Chandigarh on the complaint of Harvinder Mahajan R/o # 212 Sector 19/A Chandigarh against unknown person who stole away complainant readymade garments of duke from his showroom SCO No 99 Sector 40 Chandigarh after broken the lock on the night intervening from 16/17.12.2025. Investigation of this case is in progress.
