One person arrested in Arms Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Ashutosh @ Ashu R/o # 399, Ph-2 Ramdarbar Chandigarh from near Cremation Ground Daria Candigarh. On 09-10-2025 and recovered one kamanidar knife from his possession. A Case FIR No. 94 U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in Police Station Industrial Area Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One lady arrested in Theft case

A Case FIR No. 154 U/S 303(2), 317(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector- 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of girl R/o #, Sec-20 Panchkula Haryana against lady R/o village Shermajra, Patiala Punjab. Who stole away complainant’s one gold Bangle from ISBT Sector-17 on 09-10-2025. During the investigation, the accused was arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cyber Cheating

A Case FIR No. 122 U/S 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) BNS has been registered in Cyber Police Station Sector-17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Gurdeep R/o # 14, Near GMSSS, Dhanas Chandigarh against unknown person who cheated complainant for Rs 15,17,457/- for online investment.Investigation of this case is in progress.
