CHANDIGARH, 10.10.25-Celebrating the festival of lights with purpose, Enactus SSBUICET, Panjab University, organized a Diwali Marketing Stall at the Student Centre, promoting sustainable celebration and responsible entrepreneurship. The initiative beautifully combined festivity with environmental consciousness, featuring handcrafted products that reflected the team’s creativity and commitment to sustainability, conveyed Prof. Seema Kapoor, Faculty Advisor of Enactus and President, Corporate Sustainability Council, WICCI Chandigarh.

The stall showcased products from Project Dhra and Project Arpan, two flagship initiatives aimed at creating sustainable livelihoods and promoting conscious consumerism. The collection included incense sticks, scented candles, dhoop, diyas and diya plates, all crafted with care, creativity and a deep commitment to eco-friendly production. These products not only captured the essence of festivity but also represented the team’s dedication to circular economy and sustainable practices, shared Ishita Singh, Marketing Head of Enactus team.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members who appreciated the creativity and social purpose behind the display. The overwhelming response reaffirmed that responsible celebrations can truly inspire meaningful change, said Jasmehar Kaur, Media Outreach Head of team.
