*“The answer to this question is the same as the one I gave in the last session” – Transport Minister Sh. Anil Vij*

Chandigarh, August 26 – Haryana Transport Minister Sh. Anil Vij today urged the Speaker of the Assembly, Haryana Vidhan Sabha to give a ruling before he answered a question, stating that the same question had been asked in the previous session as well. Therefore, his reply would be the same as the one he had given earlier.

Sh. Vij shared this information in reference to Question No. 4 during the ongoing session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha.

He pointed out that under Section 50 of the Rules of Procedure, a question asked in the previous session cannot be repeated in the next session, as it goes against the rules. Sh. Vij demanded a ruling in this regard concerning the question raised in the last session.

Chandigarh, August 26 – Haryana Energy Minister, Sh. Anil Vij said that the government has approved the establishment of a sub-station in Sector-33, Hisar, and discussions are underway with HSVP regarding land acquisition for the project.

Sh. Vij was replying to a question during the ongoing session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha today.

He assured that within this month, officers from the Energy Department and HSVP will sit together to finalize the land, after which the process of setting up the sub-station will commence.
