Jalandhar, 13.08.25-; India witnessed a unique moment in sporting history as the First Open Pan Asian International Boomerang Championship unfolded over two exhilarating days at Lovely Professional University (LPU). The event brought together participants and spectators from Australia, Germany, Japan, Indonesia, and India, blending world-class competition with cultural exchange and a shared passion for innovation.


The grand championship was graced by eminent personalities, including Col. Dr. Rashmi Mittal, Pro-Chancellor of LPU, Dr. Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vice-Chancellor of LPU, Mr. Vivek Montrose, Founder & President of the International Boomerang Association (IBA), Mr. Roger Perry ( Australia), Vice President of the International Federation of Boomerang Associations (IFBA), Mr. Anuj Pandey, former member of the Ministry of Labour and businessman, Mr. Ashish Jindal, mentor, IBA, and Mr. Ravi Kant Mishra, a steadfast advocate for the association.
