MAHENDERGARH, 13.08.25-Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh, is organising a series of events to foster patriotism, nationalism, and respect for the National Flag among the public. As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga, Ghar Ghar Swachhta campaign, a vibrant Tiranga Yatra was held on Wednesday, 13 August, 2025 within the University campus.
Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor said that such programmes aim to remind everyone of the importance of independence and the sacrifices made to achieve it. He emphasised that serving the nation is not limited to defending its borders but also includes contributing sincerely towards building a developed India by fulfilling one’s duties with dedication.
The Tiranga Yatra, organised from the Administrative Block to the Main Gate, saw enthusiastic participation from CUH Pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pawan Kumar Sharma, Registrar Prof. Suneel Kumar, Dean Research Prof. Neelam Sangwan, Finance Officer Dr. Vikas Kumar, Controller of Examinations Prof. Rajiv Kaushik, Deans, Heads, faculty members, staff, research scholars, and students. From the Office of Dean Students’ Welfare, Dr. Mulaka Maruti and Dr. Neeraj Karna Singh briefed on the various events being organised at CUH to mark 78 years of independence.
