She would always make my favourite dishes. Watching her cooking and due to her blessings, I sharpened myself to try out new and exciting recipes. With time Cooking has become a passion for me. Paan Chooclate

Ingredients –

250gram White chocolate

¼ cup dry paan masala

2tbsp green tutti fruity

2tbsp red tutti fruity

Colourful sweet fennel seeds

Green food gel colour

Method –

Chop chocolate and melt with double boiler method or can melt in microwave on 30 -30 seconds intervals.

Stir gently and add dry paan masala, red and green tutty fruity, fennel seeds. Mix nicely.

Sprinkle red, green tutti fruity and fennel seeds in the chocolate cavities. Fill the cavities with chocolate mixture, spread evenly. Tap for 2-3 times and keep in fridge for 15-20 minutes.

You can add green gel food colour also for making the chocolates colourful and tempting.

After 20 minutes, take out the chocolate moulds from the fridge, demould them.

Our homemade paan flavour chocolate is ready, wrap them with chocolate wrappers and store in fridge or cool place.
