She would always make my favourite dishes. Watching her cooking and due to her blessings, I sharpened myself to try out new and exciting recipes. With time Cooking has become a passion for me. Edible Colourful Glitters

Ingredients –

2 tbsp corn flour

400ml water

Blue gel food colour

Green gel food colour

Red gel food colour

Brown gel food colour + yellow food colour

Method –

Mix corn flour and water in a pan, cook on low flame till it thickens. Divide the mixture in 4 equal parts in 4 bowls. Add red, green, blue, brown food colours in bowls. Mix nicely. Add 2 drops of yellow food colour in a brown food colour bowl for making copper glitter.

Spread red mixture on a ohp sheet (Plastic Sheet) and allow to dry under the fan for 12-15 hours.

Spread green mixture on a Ohp sheet (Plastic Sheet) and allow to dry under the fan for 12-15 hours.

Spread blue mixture on a ohp sheet (Plastic Sheet) and allow to dry under the fan for 12-15 hours.

Spread copper mixture on a ohp sheet (Plastic Sheet) and allow it to dry under the fan for 12-15 hours.

After 15 hours crush the sheet and grind in a small mixer jar separately. Sieve and our homemade edible glitter dust is ready for cake, cupcakes and desserts decoration.
