She would always make my favourite dishes. Watching her cooking and due to her blessings, I sharpened myself to try out new and exciting recipes. With time Cooking has become a passion for me. Green Chutney Premix

Ingredients –

1 Bunch Fresh coriander

1 Piece of Fresh Ginger

4-5 Fresh Green Chilis

¼ Tsp Citric acid

1 tbsp roasted chana

1 tsp roasted cumin seeds

½ tsp salt

1/ 4 tsp black salt

Method –

Clean the coriander and remove the roots and rotten leaves. Wash with water for 2-3 times.

Allow to remove excess water, spread on a muslin cloth and allow to dry for 3-4 days under fan. Do not dry in sunlight.

Wash ginger, clean the mud and peal nicely. Grate the ginger and spread on a plate. Allow to dry in sunlight for 3-4 days.

Wash green chillis and cut in small pieces, allow to dry in sunlight for 3-4 days.

After 4 days add dry coriander, dry ginger, dry green chilis, salt, black salt, dry roasted chana, citric acid in a mixer jar, grind in a fine powder. Transfer the powder in a plate, chutney premix is ready and store for a year. Keep in fridge for long time.
