A Case FIR No. 23 U/S 117(2), 126(2), 351(3), 3(5) ) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Umesh Ghai R/o # 2001/4 Sector-32, Chandigarh against Ashish Sonkar S/o R/o # 2001/40 Sector-32/C, Chandigarh, Deepak Kumar, Rahul Kamboj and others, they all beaten to complainant with sticks near govt. toilets Sector-32, Chandigarh on dated 10 02-2026. Complainant was admitted to GMCH-32 Chandigarh. During the investigation all accused were arrested and later on bail out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Accident

A Case FIR No. 09 U/S 281, 125a, 106(1) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-49 Chandigarh against driver of unknown car who sped away after hit to m/cycle no. PB 65 AL 8742 at 45/50 dividing road near Gaushala road on 09-02-2026, unknown m/cycle driver and pillion rider both sustained injuries got admitted to GMCH-32 Chandigarh one of them was referred to PGI Chandigarh and other was declared brought dead by duty doctor. Investigation of this case is in Progress.
