The Valedictory Ceremony commenced with the auspicious lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest, Dr. S. P. Anandh Kumar, IFS, Special Secretary, Government of Punjab, along with other distinguished guests. The event was further enlivened by a vibrant cultural programme, featuring a melodious school choir presenting a medley of sports songs and football anthems, followed by an energetic Bhangra performance reflecting the rich cultural spirit of Punjab.

The highlight of the evening was the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where Dr. S. P. Anandh Kumar felicitated the winning team, DPS Srinagar, and honoured the Best Player of the Tournament, Mohammad Eisa of DPS Srinagar, selected from among the sixteen participating teams of Zone 1. The First Runners-up were DPS Amritsar, while DPS Karnal secured the Second Runners-up position. These three teams, along with DPS Greater Faridabad, will proceed to the Nationals to be held in Delhi next month.

In his address, Dr. S. P. Anandh Kumar commended the young players for their discipline, teamwork, and dedication, emphasizing that such tournaments foster leadership, resilience, and a true sporting spirit.
