CM pays tributes to Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his death anniversary

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu today paid floral tributes to Bharat Ratna and former Prime Minister, late Atal Bihari Vajpayee, at the Ridge, Shimla on his death anniversary. On the occasion, the Chief Minister said that Vajpayee was respected by all and was not only a distinguished politician but also a true statesman. He added that Shri Vajpayee was known for his clarity of thoughts and had a special bond with Himachal Pradesh, as he owned a house at Prini in Kullu district.

MLA Harish Janartha, Principal Advisor (Media) to the Chief Minister Naresh Chauhan, Mayor Surender Chauhan, Deputy Mayor Uma Kaushal, councillors of Shimla Municipal Corporation, Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.

Zonal Head of HDFC Bank calls on CM

Zonal Head of HDFC Bank Vinod Sharma called on Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu at his official residence, Oak Over, Shimla today. During the meeting, the Bank officers offered to provide E-ambulances under the Bank’s CSR initiative.

The Chief Minister expressed his gratitude for this noble gesture and said that the state government has undertaken several initiatives to promote e-vehicles and preserve the environment in the State. He said that the Bank’s offer would not only strengthen emergency healthcare services but also contribute significantly towards the Government’s vision of environmental conservation.

Chairman Himachal Pradesh Buildings and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board Nardev Singh Kanwar and Cluster Head Shivender Srivastava were also present on the occasion.

Director IPR condoles demise of son of PRSI Shimla Chapter President

Director of Information and Public Relations Rajiv Kumar has expressed grief over the sudden and untimely demise of Animesh Verma, son of President of PRSI Shimla Chapter Dr. Ranveer Verma. He described the loss as truly heartbreaking and extended his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family during this difficult time.
