CHANDIGARH-28.05.2024-Today, on secret information, ANTF Police Station team led by HC Anil Kumar arrested a proclaimed offender Neha from near Sashi Ground Sector-25, Chandigarh in case FIR No. 80 dated 10.06.2019 U/S 21 NDPS Act PS-Maloya, U.T, Chandigarh.
Brief of case:- On 10.06.2019, accused Neha D/o Jagdish R/o Jhuggi No.700, Danik Bhaskar Colony Sector-25, age 24 years was apprehended and 10 gram Heroin was recovered from her possession. During the trial she was released on bail, but due to the non appearance in the court at the time of trial, she was declared PO on 21.01.2023 by the court of Sh. Rajiv K. Beri, ASJ, UT, Chandigarh.
