CHANDIGARH FEBRUARY 23, 2024: The Punjab Governor and Administrator, UT, Chandigarh, Shri Banwari Lal Purohit, greeted people on the eve of Sri Guru Ravidas Jayanti.
Lauding the great saint, Governor in his message said that Guru Ravidas Ji was a great social reformer and messenger of peace, love and fraternity. He worked tirelessly against the evils of discrimination and espoused the cause of downtrodden.
“On the birth anniversary of this great spiritual leader, let us follow his teachings, and strive to strengthen the virtues of humanity and social equity,” said the Governor.
