CM congratulates Class 12^th students for passing board exams

SHIMLA- 17^th May, 2025Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has congratulated all the students who have successfully cleared the 12^th class examination conducted by Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala.

Appreciating the meritorious students for their brilliant achievement, Chief Minister said that it was a testament to their hard work and devotion towards the studies. He said that it reflects the importance of commitment and zeal towards academic pursuits and success in life. He also lauded the efforts of parents, teachers and well wishers in guiding and supporting the students throughout their academic journey.

Sh. Sukhu encouraged the students to pursue their dreams with passion and determination to achieve new ambitions in their life. He wished them bright future in their chosen fields.

CM stresses on promotion of natural farming for agricultural transformation

SHIMLA-17^th May, 2025-Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has emphasised the importance of transforming the agriculture sector through promotion of natural farming across the State. While presiding over a meeting of the Agriculture Department here today, he directed all the officers of the Agriculture Department to make concrete and coordinated efforts in promoting natural farming in the State.

He directed to organize panchayat-wise camps to ensure farmer's registration under natural farming initiatives. He said that accountability would be fixed in this regard at each level to achieve tangible outcomes.

Shri Sukhu directed the APMC Chairpersons to actively motivate and assist farmers in this direction. He also asked all APMCs to establish high-end silos for the procurement of naturally grown wheat, maize and raw turmeric. The procurement of naturally grown wheat has already commenced and the State Government is offering MSP of Rs. 60 per kg. to the farmers for their produce. He directed the Agriculture Department to provide high quality seeds to the farmers engaged in natural farming.

The Chief Minister said that in the effort to strengthen the government farms to promote natural farming, the Agriculture Department has developed three model farms i.e. Bhattoo farm in Kangra district, Bhagani in Sirmaur district and Bairtee-Boch in Solan district. He said that more such model farms would be established in the coming time.

Shri Sukhu also reviewed the progress of ongoing projects of constructing CA stores across the State. He emphasised that these CA stores are crucial for the farmers and horticulturists in providing them remunerative prices for their hard work. The State Government is establishing CA stores in Sundernagar of Mandi district, Annu (Jubbal), Chopal, Sundasu, Kharapathar, Duttnagar and Dhalli in Shimla district, Kandrouri and Sulah in Kangra district, Jabli in Solan district and Bhawanagar in Kinnaur district in a phased manner and the State Government has allocated Rs. 330 crore for this purpose.

The Chief Minister also reviewed the JICA project which is being implemented with an outlay of Rs. 1010 crore in all the 12 districts of the State and directed to ensure maximum benefits reach to the farmers through this project. He also took stock of various ongoing projects of Himachal Pradesh Agriculture Marketing Board and gave necessary direction.

Agriculture Minister Prof. Chander Kumar, MLA Chander Shekhar, Secretary Agriculture C. Paulrasu, Director Kumud Singh and Chairpersons of various APMCs were also present in the meeting.

शिक्षा मंत्री ने कंडवाड़ी स्कूल में 60 लाख से निर्मित साईंस ब्लाक किया शुभारंभ
कमलेहड़ में राजीव गांधी डे बोर्डिंग स्कूल के निर्माण कार्य का किया निरीक्षण
कैप्टन विक्रम बतरा महाविद्यालय में छह करोड़ की लागत से बनेगा हाॅस्टल
पालमपुर 17 मई। प्रदेश शिक्षा मंत्री रोहित ठाकुर ने शनिवार को राजकीय उत्कृष्ट वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक पाठशाला कण्डबाड़ी में 60 लाख रुपए की लागत से निर्मित अतिरिक्त साइंस ब्लॉक का विधिवत्त लोकार्पण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने पालमपुर विधानसभा के कमलेहड़ में 5 करोड़ की लागत से डे बोर्डिंग स्कूल के प्रथम चरण में बन रहे भवन के निर्माण कार्य का निरीक्षण भी किया। इस अवसर पर विधायक आशीष बुटेल भी उनके साथ रहे।
शिक्षा मंत्री ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार शिक्षा व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने के दृढ़ संकल्पित है और इसी के दृष्टिगत हर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में एक राजीव गांधी मॉडल डे-बोर्डिंग स्कूल खोलने का निर्णय सरकार ने लिया है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि राजीव गांधी डे-बोर्डिंग स्कूलों में सभी अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं और व्यवस्थाओं से बच्चों का सर्वांगीण विकास सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा । पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ अन्य गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने से बच्चों का शारीरिक और मानसिक मनोबल में वृद्धि होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में विद्यार्थियों को भविष्य की चुनौतियों के लिए तैयार करने के लिए विश्वस्तरीय बुनियादी ढांचा विकसित किया जा रहा है।
रोहित ठाकुर ने कहा कि कमलेहड़ में निर्मित हो रहे डे बोर्डिंग स्कूल में पांचवी कक्षा तक के लिए बन रहे भवन पर 5 करोड़ रुपए व्यय किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि शुरुआती दौर में पांचवी कक्षा से शुरू होकर इन्हें बाद में बारहवीं कक्षा तक स्तरोन्नत किया जाएगा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक पाठशाला कण्डबाड़ी में साइंस ब्लॉक के भवन के निर्माण से अब यहां के विद्यार्थियों को बेहतर सुविधा उपलब्ध रहेगी।
विधायक पालमपुर आशीष बुटेल ने कहा कि पालमपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में विकास कार्यों को तेजी प्रदान करने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं । उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री ठाकुर सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खु के नेतृत्व में वर्तमान सरकार हिमाचल के हर क्षेत्र के समुचित विकास के लिए वचनबद्व तथा निर्धनों तथा जरूरतमंदों के लिए विभिन्न कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। इसी को मध्य नजर रखते हुए आज शिक्षा मंत्री रोहित ठाकुर करोड़ों की सौगात पालमपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र को देगे। उन्होंने मंत्री के समक्ष कुछ मागे भी रखी।
शिक्षा मंत्री ने ने ग्राउंड में हाई मास्क लाइट, चारदीवारी और विक्रम बत्ता राजकीय महाविद्यालय में 6 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाले हॉस्टल की घोषणा की की इसके साथ ही गोपालपुर में शहीद राकेश कुमार की प्रतिमा बनाने की घोषणा की । शिक्षा मंत्री ने बच्चों द्वारा सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत करने वाले बच्चों को 25 हजार रुपए देने की घोषणा की । इस अवसर पर वूल फेडरेशन के डायरेक्टर त्रिलोक चन्द , एसडीएम पालमपुर नेत्रा मैती, एडवोकेट लोकेंद्र ठाकुर , मदन दीक्षित , डिप्टी डायरेक्टर उच्च शिक्षा विकास महाजन, उप निदेशक निरक्षण एवं गुणवत्ता शिक्षा कंचन ज्योति , एसई लोक निर्माण विभाग बीएम ठाकुर , अधिशासी अभियंता लोक निर्माण विभाग विनीत शर्मा , सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी, कर्मचारी और स्थानीय ग्रामीण उपस्थित रहे।
