Chandigarh Police arrested Nishu R/o # 1456/2 Sector 29/B Chandigarh from near sub division BR road Sector 29 Chandigarh on 04-10-2026, and recovered one kamanidar knife from his possession. A Case FIR No. 95 U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Industrial Area Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Three persons arrested in Snatching Case

A Case Fir no 144 U/S 304(2), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Anurag Sonkar R/o # 2001/6 Sector 32/C Chandigarh against 3 unknown person on bike number not known sped away after snatched complainant mobile phone from near bus stand chowk Sector 17 Chandigarh on 04.010.2026. During the investigation three accused were arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR no 158 U/S 281, 125(A) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 34 Chandigarh on the complaint Hanuman R/o # 444 Sector 33/A Chandigarh against unknown driver of vehicle no CH01BM-1682 which sped away after hit to complainant wife and his son from near Market Sector 33 Chandigarh on 26.08.2026. Investigation of this case is in progress.
