During the investigation accused persons Pappu R/o # 497 boodenpur Sector-16 Panchkula (Haryana) and Arjun R/o # 1561 indira colony Sector 17 Panchkula (Haryana) and kanhaiya R/o # 1109 Indira Colony Sector-17 Panchkula (Haryana) was arrested. Two persons arrested in Arms Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Vishal @ Joshna R/o # 149 Rajiv Colony Sector 17 Panchkula Haryana from near beatbox Makhan Majra mauli jagran, Chandigarh on 21-08-2026 and recovered one button operated foldable knife from his possession. A case FIR No. 118 U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act. has been registered in police Station Mauli Jagran Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Dheeraj R/o # 1487 Mauli Complex, Chandigarh from near under bridge mauli jagran, Chandigarh on 21-08-2026 and recovered one button operated foldable knife from his possession. A case FIR No. 119 U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act. has been registered in police Station Mauli Jagran Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 142 U/S 304(2), 3(5) BNS has been registered in police Station Sector-36 Chandigarh on the complaint of Jagdish Singh R/o # 156, Village-Daddu Majra Chandigarh against 2 unknown persons on bike number not known they sped away after snatched complainant mobile phone & cash near Sector-36/42 dividing road, Chandigarh on 21-08-2026. Accident Case

A case FIR No.134 U/S 281, 125(A) BNS has been registered in police Station Sector-39 Chandigarh on the complaint of Charanjeet Singh R/o # 104, 3rd Floor, Village- Buterla, Sector- 41 Chandigarh against Amarjeet Singh, driver of car no. CH-01-BN-1364 who hit to complainant motor cycle no. CH-01-AN-6140 near mkt. Sector-40/C, Chandigarh on 28-03-2026. Complainant got injured and was admitted in PGI Chandigarh. A case FIR No.141 U/S 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) BNS has been registered in police Station Cyber Crime Sector-17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Ajay Kumar R/o #1877 Sector-7/C, Chandigarh against unknown persons who cheated with complainant Rs 2,63,048/- regarding new credit card and downloaded a malicious apk file and got cheated.
