Chandigarh, 13 July 2026: Bhavan Vidyalaya is delighted to announce the outstanding achievement of its young mathematician, Dhruv Sachdev, a student of Class X, who has brought laurels to the Nation and the School by winning the Silver Award while representing India at the XXXVIII Asian Pacific Mathematics Olympiad (APMO) 2026.

Dhruv’s success at the international level is the culmination of an extraordinary journey through India’s highly competitive Mathematics Olympiad programme. He successfully qualified the Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM), the Regional Mathematical Olympiad (RMO), and the prestigious Indian National Mathematical Olympiad (INMO), demonstrating exceptional analytical ability and mathematical aptitude. In recognition of his outstanding performance, Dhruv was selected for the International Mathematical Olympiad Training Camp (IMOTC), where he secured an impressive 8th rank in India.
