DEHRA BASSI, 05.03.26-On the auspicious occasion of Holi, the festival of colours was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy at Gurbax Colony Welfare Society (Registered), Derabassi, Punjab, on 04 March 2026.
On this occasion, residents gathered in the society’s park and extended Holi greetings to each other by applying colours and embracing one another, spreading the spirit of happiness and togetherness.
Various colourful activities were organized within the society premises during the celebration. Children, elders and people of all religions and age groups participated enthusiastically in the festivities. Members of the society also danced to traditional Holi songs and enjoyed the vibrant festival in an atmosphere of harmony and unity.
The event was attended by the President of the society Mr. Lakhwinder Singh (Lucky Saini), Vice President Mr. Ram Kumar, General Secretary Mr. Neeraj Saini, Joint Secretary Mr. Avtar Singh, Press Secretary Mr. Balwan Singh Dodwa, along with Mr. Surender Kumar, Mr. Dilbag Singh, Mr. Rajya Singh Rawat, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Mr. Ramesh Saini, and other office bearers, executive members and residents of the society.
On the occasion, the President Mr. Lakhwinder Singh (Lucky) extended Holi greetings to all residents and said that the festival of Holi symbolizes love, harmony and brotherhood, and such celebrations help strengthen unity and positivity within the community.
The program concluded in a cheerful and harmonious atmosphere
