A Case FIR No. 142 U/S 308, 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Cyber Cell Chandigarh on the complaint of Shashi Kumar Sahai R/O # 2119/2, Sector-45/C Chandigarh against unknown person who cheated complainant for Rs 52,00,000/- by digital arrest. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 183 U/S 281, 125(A) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-11 Chandigarh on the complaint of girl R/o # sector-15/A Chandigarh against driver of motor cycle no. CH-01CW-7996 namely Alex Raju R/o # 25, sector-11 Chandigarh. Who hit the complainant's sister at sector-15 market on 03-12-2025, victim sustained injuries got admitted to PGI Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A case FIR No.113 U/S 281, 106(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector Industry Area Chandigarh on the complaint of Rajinder R/o # 523, Ram Darbar, Ph-1 Chandigarh against Driver of car no. HR-49C-1898 who hit and run a pedestrian lady. R/o maloya chandigarh near plot no. 125, Ph-1 Ind. Area Chandigarh on 04-12-2025, victim sustained injuries got admitted to GMCH-32 Chandigarh and during the treatment the injured person expired. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Voluntarily causes hurt

A case FIR No. 148 U/S 115(2), 126(2), 351(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Maloya Chandigarh on the complaint of Saurabh Kapoor R/o # 5092/A Sector-38 west Chandigarh against Aniket who threatened to complainant at his house on 03-12-2025. During the investigation the accused was arrested and later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.
