Mahendergarh,13.11.25-The brochure for the upcoming International Conference on Organizational Psychology was officially launched at the Vice Chancellor’s Office, Central University of Haryana (CUH). The launch ceremony marked a significant step toward the much-awaited academic event, scheduled to be held from March 11–13, 2026, at the CUH campus. The brochure was unveiled by Prof. (Dr.) Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor, CUH, on the request of Prof. Payal Kanwar Chandel and Prof. Ranjan Aneja, Conveners of the conference and organizing committee members Dr. Ravi Pratap Pandey and Dr. Vishnu Narayan Kucheria.
Prof. (Dr.) Tankeshwar Kumar praised the efforts of the deans of both School of Humanities and Social Science & School of Business and Management Studies for this forward-looking initiative. He added that this interdisciplinary conference, blending insights from psychology, business, and management, will help reshape global perspectives on leadership, motivation, and workplace well-being. Prof. Kumar noted that such initiatives have the potential to bring transformative changes to the entire organizational world, fostering innovation, empathy, and sustainable growth.
Prof. Neelam Sangwan, Dean (Research), was also present at the launch and appreciated the efforts of the organizing team. She emphasized the importance of such academic initiatives in promoting interdisciplinary research and collaboration in the field of organizational and applied psychology.
The upcoming international conference aims to bring together researchers, academicians, practitioners, policymakers, and industry experts from India and abroad to discuss emerging trends, challenges, and innovations in organizational psychology. Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshops, and paper presentations, etc., the conference seeks to foster knowledge exchange and interdisciplinary dialogue. Activities such as a cycle rally, sightseeing tour, and cultural night will add vibrancy to the three-day conference.
