Quarrel

A Case FIR No. 137 u/s 126(2), 115(2), 191(2), 351(2) BNS has been registered at Police Station 11 on the complaint of Akashdeep R/o Jalalabad, Fazilka, PB, Age 25 years. It is alleged that the complainant was attacked and beaten near Hostel No. 7, Panjab University, Sector-14, Chandigarhon 03-09-2025 by Harkirat Singh, Sunny Rana, Harry Bath, Daman, Harmanpreet, Shivjot and other unknown persons. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 138 u/s 126(2), 115(2), 191(2), 190, 324(4) BNS has been registered at Police Station 11 on the complaint of Prabhvinder Singh R/o #302/V Tower, Togan, Mohali, PB, Age 23 years. It is alleged that on 04-09-2025 at about 10:30 PM, near Boys Hostel No. 7, Panjab University, Sector-14, the complainant was attacked with bricks, baseball bats, and sticks by Jarman, Rajvir Param, Pushpinder, and Kulwinder Kindi. The accused also broke the glasses of the complainant’s car HP-85-9897. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 139 u/s 126(2), 115(2), 191(2), 190, 351(2) BNS has been registered at Police Station 11 on the complaint of Damanpreet R/o Village Palhedi, Phase-8, Mohali, PB, Age 21 years. It is alleged that on 04-09-2025, near Boys Hostel No. 7, Panjab University, Sector-14, the complainant and his brother Harmanpreet (Age 23 years) were attacked and beaten by Aras Kamboj, Akashdeep, Jarman, Rohit, and one unknown person. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cheating

A Case FIR No. 96 u/s 420 IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered at Police Station Mauli Jagran on the complaint of a lady R/o #1380, Vikas Nagar, Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. It is alleged that the complainant was cheated of ₹12 lakh by Mankawal Preet Singh and Shamsher Sandhu, who had promised to send her son abroad. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Abandonment of child

A Case FIR No. 176 u/s 93 BNS has been registered at Police Station 31 on the complaint of Rahul R/o #82, Ganesh Enclave, Village Behlolpur, Mohali, PB, Age 30 years. It is alleged that on 04-09-2025 at about 6:00 AM, an unknown person abandoned a baby girl, aged about 5 months, near BSNL Turn, Industrial Area Phase-2, Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Trespassing

A Case FIR No. 115 u/s 329(4), 62 BNS has been registered at Police Station 39, UT Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady R/o Sector-38C, Chandigarh. It is alleged that Amit and Ajit Singh R/o #2456, Sector-20, Chandigarh attempted to forcibly take possession of the complainant’s house #2456, Sector-40, Chandigarh.
