Chandigarh Police arrested Ravi @ Gattu R/o # 2404 Mauli Complex Chandigarh near Shiv Mandir Makhan Majra Chandigarh on 19.08.2025 and recovered 7 Gram Heroin from his possession. A Case FIR No 88 U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Mauli Jagran Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested one lady R/o #Sector 56 Chandigarh near Sheetla Mata Mandir Dadu Majra Chandigarh on 19.08.2025 and recovered 11.10 Gram Heroin from his possession. A Case FIR No 106 U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Maloya Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One arrested in Disobeying the order of DM

A Case FIR No 128 U/S 223 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 34 Chandigarh against Shashank Bhatt R/o # 1698 NIC Manimajra Chandigarh who was running Immigration at Sector 34 Chandigarh without any permission of DM, UT Chandigarh. During the investigation the accused was arrested. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One arrested in Voluntarily causing hurt

A Case FIR No 71 U/S 118(1), 3(5), 351(2), 351(3) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sarangpur Chandigarh on the complaint of Premchand R/o # 2650 DMC Chandigarh against Ajay and his servant Vinod Kumar @ Bansal R/o # DMC Chandigarh who attacked on complainant from complainant brother shop Dhanas on 18.08.2025. Complainant got injured and admitted to GMCH-16 Chandigarh. During the investigation the accused Vinod Kuamr was arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 99 U/S 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Station Cyber Crime Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Siddarth Sharma R/o # 6303/A, Rajiv Vihar Manimajra Chandigarh against unknown person who cheated complainant of Rs. 7,75,600/- in the pretext of investment in IPO. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 87 U/S 109(2), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Mauli Jagran Chandigarh on the complaint of Vishnu Kumar R/o # 1034 Deep Complex, Hallo Majra Chanidgarh against unknown person they try to kill the complainant Sanjeet Rao by stabbing on his neck with sharp knife near Hallo Majra Light Point Chandigarh on 18.08.2025. Victim sustained injuries and was admitted to GMCH- 32 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.
