Chandigarh, June 29, 2025:As many as 2,006 candidates appeared today for the Panjab University LL.B. 3-Year entrance test.

Controller of Examinations Prof. Jagat Bhushan informed that 86.61% of students appeared for the test for admission to LL.B. seats in the PU Department of Laws, PU Regional Centre Muktsar, PU Regional Centre Ludhiana, and PU Regional Centre Bajwara, Hoshiarpur.

The Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh has 300 seats, while Panjab University Regional Centre Muktsar, UIL Panjab University Regional Centre Ludhiana, and University Institute of Legal Studies, Swami Sarvanand Giri, PU Regional Centre Bajwara, Hoshiarpur have 60 seats each for the LL.B. programme.

The test was conducted satisfactorily, and no untoward incident was reported from any of the examination centres. The question booklet and answer key have been uploaded on the examination website. The test was held from 10:00 am to 11:30 am across 10 centres set up in Chandigarh.

Observers were deputed to all centres to ensure smooth and fair conduct of the examination. To maintain transparency and curb unfair means, mobile and WiFi jammers were installed at each examination centre.
