MAHENDERGARH, 16.05.25-In a significant initiative to bridge theoretical learning with real-world legal practice, the sixth-semester LL.B students from the Department of Law, Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh, recently visited the Punjab and Haryana High Court in Chandigarh. The students had the unique opportunity to observe court proceedings before single and division benches, including the court of the Hon'ble Chief Justice, gaining invaluable insights into the functioning of the judiciary.
The educational tour also included an interactive session at the Haryana Advocate General's Office, where students learned about its organizational structure and engaged with key legal officers, including the Deputy Advocate General (DAG) and Assistant Advocate General (AAG). These interactions provided the budding lawyers with practical knowledge about the profession's demands and challenges.

Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor of the University commended the initiative, stating, "Such visits serve as vital laboratories for law students, transforming them into competent legal professionals. I congratulate the Department of Law for this exemplary effort and assure full administrative support for similar student welfare initiatives in the future."
Dr. Pradeep Singh, Head and Dean, School of Law highlighted the department's commitment to practical legal education, saying, "Under the visionary leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, we are consistently engaging in such efforts to equip our students with the skills needed to meet the high expectations of this noble profession.
