CHANDIGARH, 30.09.25-The Department of Psychology of Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Sector 32, Chandigarh, under PM-USHA Scheme, organized a workshop on “Neuro-Linguistic Programming” on 30th September 2025.

The session was led by Dr. Nayanika Singh, an expert in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The seminar emphasized the practical applications of NLP techniques in enhancing communication, emotional well-being, and personal growth, while encouraging students to adopt positive strategies for self-development. Through engaging demonstrations and real-life examples, Dr. Nayanika Singh guided participants to reflect on their thought patterns and behaviours, while also suggesting ways to cultivate a constructive mindset and balanced lifestyle.

The event was convened by Dr. Tarundeep Kaur and coordinated with the support of Dr. Nidhi Chadha and Ms Kritika . Over 100 students actively participated in the workshop, appreciating the meaningful insights and interactive format of the session. Principal Dr. Ajay Sharma commended the efforts of the organizing team and expressed gratitude to Dr. Nayanika Singh for delivering such an impactful and enriching session.
