CHANDIGARH, 17.09.25-The Aesthesia Club of Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Sector 32, Chandigarh, organized an Orientation-cum-Seminar on “Emotional Agility” on 16th September 2025. The session was led by Dr. Shilpa Suri, an accomplished Facilitator, Leadership Coach, and Behavioural Scientist.The seminar focused on helping students understand the importance of recognizing, accepting, and navigating their emotions with clarity and resilience. Through interactive activities and reflective discussions, Dr. Shilpa Suri equipped participants with practical strategies to manage stress, respond thoughtfully to challenges, and align their actions with their core values.The event was convened by Dr. Tarundeep Kaur and coordinated with the support of Dr. Jatinder Kaur and Mr. Abhinav Sharma. Over 200 students actively participated in the seminar, appreciating the meaningful insights and interactive format of the session.
