Chandigarh,02.06.19-: In order to reinforce the ethos of training, motivation and character building among the youths of Chandigarh National Cadet Corps (NCC) organized a convocationceremony to honour and award NCC ‘C’ certificates inChandigarh today. The ceremony was attended by all cadets who successfully completed their Airwing NCC training.

The NCC ‘C’ certificate is awarded after the completion of three years of rigorous training to the cadets.Delivering the convocation address, Group Captain A K Tripathi, Director NCC, Pb, Har, HP & Chandigarh congratulated the cadets on the successful completion of their training and urged them to use their knowledge for the betterment of of society and contribute in making India a strong, modern and developed nation.

Speaking on the occasion Group Captain M R Pandeya Commanding Officer 1 Chandigarh Air Squadron NCC said that by joining NCC, hidden talent from the students would come out transforming the students as good future citizens. He said that students obtaining ‘C’ Certificate would be given priority in State and Central government jobs in all departments.
