Chandigarh : 22,07.17-City Airwing NCC cadets not only exhibited their prowess in the NCCrelated activities, but also in the field of academics by standing tall ahead of others.

            Brigadier R S Thakur, Group Commander, NCC Group, Chandigarhawarded Cadet Welfare Society scholarships of Rs 6000/- each to a total of eight cadets of No. 1 Chandigarh Air Sqn NCC. While congratulating the awardees, Group Commander asked them to be always humble and thank the Almighty God for bestowing good health. At the same time, he also asked them to remember their teachers, parents and well-wishers who have been supportive throughout the year. Cadets to make a bright career in the NCC and further in the armed forces. He urged them to see beyond their native institution or village and aim high.
