CHANDIGARH, 12.09.22-On the occasion of world physiotherapy Week Student Association of Physical Therapy (SAPT INDIA) organised it’s 1st national physiotherapy conference SAPTCON 2022 with theme Medmove - the art of therapeutic and diagnostic movement at institute of national importance PGIMER Chandigarh. The event was graced by chief guest & The chief patron of the event Prof. Vivek Lal , director, PGIMER Chandigarh,who applauded the nationwide campaign started by team SAPT INDIA and commended doctors and physiotherapists for their contribution towards uplifting the society and their social work.
The keynote speaker of the event Sh. Avinash Rai Khanna, chief patron, paralympic committee of India discussed the role of physiotherapy in paralympic sports and gave his good wishes to team SAPT INDIA. The event had many eminent speakers from prestigious universities and institutions and discussed various aspects of physiotherapy.
The event was attended by physiotherapists, physiotherapy students, doctors, nurses and other medical professionals from across the nation. The event was closed by National president of SAPT India Sh. Anirudh Uniyal. He expressed his gratitude towards all the dignitaries for motivating and paving the way for younger generation.
