CHANDIGARH,04.03.22-Shri Rajeev Dwivedi, Chief General Manager has taken charge as the Ombudsman, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) (Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Union Territory of Chandigarh and Panchkula, Ambala and Yamunanagar districts of Haryana) with effect from February 24, 2022.
Shri Dwivedi has over 24 years of experience in Central Office and various Regional Offices of the RBI and has worked in many areas like Banker to Banks, Banker to the Government, Foreign Exchange, Currency Management, Payment and Settlement System, Reserve Management etc. Before joining as the Ombudsman, Shri Dwivedi was working in the Department of External Investments and Operations of the RBI.
