Chandigarh, July 27 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that the lives of saints and spiritual leaders serve as a timeless source of inspiration for society. Their ideals promote humanity, selfless service, social harmony and nation-building. He said it is imperative to connect the younger generation with these values so that the spirit of harmony, moral conduct and cultural ethos is further strengthened in society.

The Chief Minister was addressing the Murti Pran Pratishtha ceremony held on Monday at the newly constructed Samadhi shrine of Shri Shri 1008 Siddh Baba Khak Nath Ji Maharaj in Ujhana village of Jind district. The ceremony was attended by Mahant Balak Nath, Head of Math Asthal Bohar, Rohtak, and MLA from Tijara (Rajasthan), Haryana Cabinet Minister, Sh. Krishan Kumar Bedi, Deputy Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha, Dr. Krishan Lal Middha, Mahant Raj Nath of Ujhana Math, Mahant Puran Nath, village Sarpanch Sunil Kumar, and several other distinguished guests.

Responding to the demands of residents, the Chief Minister announced Rs.1 crore for the construction of a community centre in Ujhana and Rs. 51 lakh for other development works in the village. He further announced that road construction, renovation of the village pond, a permanent solution for water drainage and the introduction of the Science stream in the village school would also be undertaken as per the villagers' demands. During the visit, he offered prayers at the temple, participated in the concluding rituals of the yajna and also hoisted the religious flag.

Addressing the gathering, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that the consecration of a great spiritual personality's idol is not merely a religious ritual but a commitment to establish devotion in one's life, embrace truth in one's conduct, cultivate compassion in one's behaviour and uphold the values of service and social harmony. He expressed happiness that the sacred Ujhana Math has remained a centre of faith for millions of devotees for nearly 600 years. He said India's greatest strength lies in its rich spiritual tradition.

Appreciating the gaushala being managed by the Ujhana Dham, the Chief Minister said that a gaushala is a living symbol of compassion and sensitivity embedded in Indian culture. In Indian tradition, service to cows is not only a matter of religious faith but also a cultural responsibility. He said the culture of protecting and respecting nature and Gau Mata would help India realise its vision of becoming a Vishwa Guru.

The Chief Minister said saints have always united society while spreading the message of human service and spiritual awakening. Whenever society has lost its way, saints have acted as guiding lights, showing the path of righteousness. He said that a strong, value-based society can be built only by following the ideals of saints. He added that the Haryana Government is continuously working to take the thoughts and contributions of saints and great personalities to every section of society. Under the Sant Mahapurush Samman evam Vichar Prasar Yojana, birth anniversaries and memorial days of great personalities are being observed on a large scale so that the younger generation can draw inspiration from their lives.

Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that under the leadership of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, the country is moving ahead with renewed commitment towards preserving and promoting India's cultural heritage and spiritual values. The construction of the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, along with projects such as Kashi Vishwanath Dham and Mahakal Lok, has infused new energy into India's cultural consciousness. He said that while the country is witnessing rapid expansion of modern infrastructure and public facilities under the Prime Minister's leadership, India's ancient spiritual traditions are also being revitalised.

The Chief Minister said that out of the 217 Sankalps made before the Assembly elections, 66 have already been fulfilled within one and a half years, while work on the remaining commitments is progressing. He said that during the BJP Government's third term, Haryana is procuring the highest number of crops at the Minimum Support Price (MSP) compared to other states. Under the Lado Lakshmi Yojana, eligible women are receiving Rs. 2,100 per month, while poor households are being provided LPG cylinders at Rs.500. He further said that free dialysis services, renovation of district hospitals and the establishment of new medical colleges are also progressing at a rapid pace across the state.

The Chief Minister reiterated that the Haryana Government remains committed to the welfare and holistic development of every citizen. He said the Government is working with the vision of inclusive development by taking every section of society along, while ensuring a transparent and people-centric governance system in the state.

Extending his greetings to devotees on the occasion of the Murti Pran Pratishtha of Shri Shri 1008 Siddh Baba Khak Nath Ji Maharaj, the Chief Minister said such events strengthen spiritual awareness, social harmony and cultural values. He urged people to imbibe the ideals of saints in their lives and contribute actively towards environmental conservation, cow protection, social service and the welfare of humanity.

Revenue & Disaster Management Minister Vipul Goel chairs District Public Relations & Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting in Nuh

District Public Relations & Grievance Redressal Committee Aims to Ensure Prompt and Effective Resolution of Public Grievances-Vipul Goel

Chandigarh, July 27: Haryana Revenue & Disaster Management Minister, Sh. Vipul Goel said that the primary objective of the District Public Relations & Grievance Redressal Committee is to ensure the prompt and effective resolution of grievances raised by the public. He directed officers to dispose of complaints received during committee meetings within the stipulated time frame and with quality, warning that negligence at any level would not be tolerated.

Sh. Vipul Goel was presiding over the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations & Grievances Redressal Committee held at the Mini Secretariat auditorium in Nuh on Monday. During the meeting, he heard 14 complaints, resolving 11 on the spot, while three cases were deferred to the next meeting for further action and submission of progress reports.

The Minister informed that Special Investigation Teams (SITs) have been constituted in two cases. In response to a complaint filed by Rajni of Tauru, an SIT comprising the SDM, DSP and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) has been constituted. Another SIT, headed by the DSP, has been formed to investigate a complaint by Manisha of Rasoolpur regarding alleged misconduct and molestation at the One Stop Centre. He directed the concerned officers to complete the investigations within the stipulated timeframe and submit their reports.

Reviewing complaints related to the Education Department, Sh. Vipul Goel directed the District Education Officer and other concerned officials to conduct a comprehensive inspection of all schools in the district and submit a report within one month. He also directed them to obtain the necessary approvals and initiate development works on priority to address issues such as illegal encroachments on school premises, boundary walls, electricity lines, transformer safety, and other basic infrastructure deficiencies.

Referring to a complaint alleging that contaminated drinking water in Rigarh village was causing cancer, the Minister said that scientific testing of the water sources found no irregularities. He further stated that health examinations of 62 persons suspected to be at risk also revealed no symptoms of cancer. However, he assured that if any new facts emerge in the future, the matter would be investigated impartially and appropriate action would be taken.

Reviewing health services in the district, the Minister directed officials to ensure the availability of doctors in the Medical College as well as Primary Health Centres (PHCs) and Community Health Centres (CHCs) through rationalisation. He said that, considering the increasing patient load at the Medical College, discussions will be held with the Chief Minister on the need to expand the hospital's capacity and increase the number of beds.

Haryana Brings Certified Land Records Online, Citizens Can Now Apply and Download from Home

Chandigarh, July 27 - In a major citizen-centric reform aimed at making land-related services faster, transparent and paperless, the Haryana Government has launched an online system that will allow people to apply for and obtain digitally certified copies of Jamabandi, Mutation, Fard Badar and registered sale deeds without visiting revenue offices.

Financial Commissioner Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Dr. Sumita Misra said the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management has operationalised the new module on the Revenue Haryana Portal, enabling citizens to access certified land records through a simple online process.

She said instructions have been issued to all Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners to implement the system uniformly across the state. To ensure seamless execution, the department has also prepared a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for revenue officials and a detailed User Manual for citizens with step-by-step guidance.

Explaining the process, Dr. Misra said applicants can log in to the portal using their registered mobile number through OTP authentication and submit applications by selecting the required document and entering details such as district, tehsil and village. Every application will generate a unique tracking ID and be forwarded electronically to the concerned Patwari or revenue official for verification. Once the application is approved and the prescribed fee is paid online, the digitally certified document will be generated automatically and made available for download from the applicant's dashboard.

A uniform fee of Rs. 100 will be charged for certified copies of Mutation, Registered Sale Deed and Fard Badar, irrespective of the length of the document. For Jamabandi, a fee of Rs. 100 will be applicable for the first 10 pages, while an additional Rs. 5 per page will be charged for every page thereafter. The prescribed fee can be paid online, after which the digitally certified document will be made available for download through the applicant's dashboard.

Dr. Misra said the initiative is expected to significantly reduce the need for repeated visits to tehsil offices, minimise delays in obtaining land records and improve transparency through an end-to-end digital workflow. The online system will also strengthen accountability by maintaining a complete electronic trail of every application and approval.

To ensure data accuracy, responsibility for the correctness of uploaded records has been fixed on the concerned Patwari or revenue official. Any correction required after uploading will be processed only through the prescribed official procedure.

The Financial Commissioner said the initiative forms part of the state's broader efforts to modernise revenue administration and deliver government services through technology-driven, citizen-friendly platforms, making access to land records faster, more transparent and hassle-free.

Nangal Chaudhary Multi-Modal Logistics Hub Project to New Momentum: Dr. Amit Kumar Agrawal

High-Level Meeting Reviews Project Progress; Future Roadmap to be Finalised Based on Industry Feedback

Chandigarh, July 27: A high-level meeting chaired by Haryana Industries and Commerce Commissioner and Secretary Dr. Amit Kumar Agrawal was held at Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, to review the progress of the proposed Integrated Multi-Modal Logistics Hub (IMLH) project at Nangal Chaudhary in Mahendragarh district. The meeting was attended by Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC), Sh. Sushil Sarwan, Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Narnaul, Sh. Anirudh Yadav, and other senior officials.

During the meeting, it was informed that the ambitious project is being implemented by Haryana Multi-Modal Logistics Hub Project Limited. The project will be developed, operated and maintained under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.

Reviewing the progress made at the project site, Dr. Amit Kumar Agrawal said that the Haryana Government and the Industries and Commerce Department are consistently working towards developing modern industrial and logistics infrastructure in the State to create a conducive environment for industries, attract greater investment and generate new employment opportunities. He said that the Multi-Modal Logistics Hub at Nangal Chaudhary is a significant project that reflects this vision.

He sought suggestions, ideas and feedback from stakeholders and industry experts to ensure the efficient and timely implementation of the project. Representatives from several leading infrastructure, engineering and construction companies participated in the meeting, including Siemens, KEC International, Dilip Buildcon Limited, DRA Infracon and the Tata Group, among others.

Dr. Amit Kumar Agrawal thanked all stakeholders for their valuable suggestions and cooperation. He said that the inputs received during the meeting would play a crucial role in finalising the project's implementation roadmap. Expressing confidence in the project's potential, he said that the Multi-Modal Logistics Hub would not only establish Haryana as a leading logistics destination but also provide a major boost to trade and freight movement across northern India.

CM Nayab Singh Saini Announces Five Major Initiatives for Dairy Sector

Women Self-Help Groups and Women CMPACS to Receive ₹10 per Litre Incentive

Chandigarh, July 27: Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini has announced five major initiatives aimed at accelerating the growth of the dairy sector, enhancing farmers' income and economically empowering women self-help groups. These decisions are expected to strengthen the dairy industry while giving a significant boost to the rural economy and the cooperative movement.

The Chief Minister announced that women associated with Women Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Women Cooperative Multipurpose Agriculture Credit and Service Societies (CMPACS) supplying milk to VITA will be provided an incentive of ₹10 per litre. This initiative is expected to encourage more women to take up dairy farming as a sustainable source of livelihood.

He also announced the establishment of 'Sanjhi Dairies' on Panchayat land in villages. These community dairies will provide modern facilities for livestock owned by women members of self-help groups, helping reduce the cost of dairy farming while increasing their income.

The Chief Minister further announced that the Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation (HDDCF) will facilitate concessional interest loans for women members of Self-Help Groups and Women CMPACS to purchase milch animals. This initiative will enable more women to adopt dairy farming and become financially self-reliant.

In another major decision, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini announced an increase in the incentive under the Mukhyamantri Dudh Utpadak Protsahan Yojana for milk producers supplying milk to the Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation (HDDCF). Under the revised rates, the incentive during the summer season has been enhanced from ₹5 per litre to ₹7 per litre, while during the winter season it has been increased from ₹3 per litre to ₹5 per litre.

The Chief Minister said that the State Government is continuously working to enhance the income of farmers and women, strengthen the dairy sector and infuse new energy into the cooperative movement. He expressed confidence that these initiatives would provide fresh impetus to the rural economy and further establish Haryana among the leading dairy-producing states in the country.
