MAHENDERGARH, 13.01.26-At a state-level programme held in Panchkula, under the chairmanship of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management and Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh under the “Gyan Setu” initiative. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also inaugurated the Neev Portal.
Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, CUH informed that MoUs were exchanged with 28 reputed educational institutions, including the Central University of Haryana. The objective of the MoU is to connect academic knowledge with real administrative and social challenges, ensuring that research contributes to governance and societal problem-solving.
The Chief Minister stated that these collaborations will promote impact evaluation of government schemes, capacity-building programmes and internships and field engagement for students, thereby strengthening policy formulation and providing practical administrative exposure to youth. Explaining the Neev portal, Saini said it aims at real-time, fair and continuous assessment of NEP-2020 implementation through data-driven performance indicators and predictive analysis. Initially, the portal will be implemented in universities, followed by colleges and later schools and other institutions. The government aims to achieve 100 per cent NEP-2020 compliance and digital tracking across all educational institutions by 2047.
