Chandigarh,27.07,26- St. Joseph’s Senior Secondary School, Sector 44-D, Chandigarh hosted highly anticipated Summer Camp for kindergarten and primary school students. The camp received an overwhelming response and proved to be a memorable learning experience for all the participants. The Camp provided a holistic blend of artistic expression, communication enhancement, physical movement, and critical lifestyle awareness.

The initial sessions introduced the students to 'Craftopia' and 'Rhythm of the World-Dance', sparking immediate enthusiasm.

The momentum built with a vibrant Warli Art Activity, allowing students to explore India's tribal heritage. This was seamlessly paired with the camp's core theme, “Digital Detox – Connect, Share & Think,” alongside unique interactive formats like the 'Human Library', 'Real Talk Café', and a tech-free 'Brain Without Browsers' segment and the “Expression Wall” featuring creative posters.

The spotlight turned onto the 'Orators Arena'. Under the theme "Voices Unleashed," students engaged in confidence-building activities such as the 'Superstar Walk', 'Mystery Box' challenges, and an innovative 'Selling Weird Things' pitch session designed to hone persuasive communication skills.

The camp deepened these competencies by further advancing the 'Orators Arena' in the morning, followed by immersive 'Digital Detox' modules aimed at helping children build real-world connections away from screens.

The grand finale beautifully encapsulated the essence of the entire camp. A massive 'Craftopia' exhibition transformed the school premises into a colorful gallery showcasing the week's artwork, models, and craft items. Students also delivered heartfelt reflections in an Oratory feedback session and signed a powerful 'Digital Detox' sticky-note pledge wall, committing to reduced screen time and more family interaction. The camp reached an energetic crescendo with a festive musical chair competition.

The final day beautifully demonstrated learning through creativity, expression, collaboration, and fun. The radiant smiles and confidence displayed by the participants reflected the immense success of the initiative. The Summer Camp concluded on a joyful and inspiring note, leaving every participant enriched with new experiences, valuable skills, treasured friendships, and lasting impressions.
