A Case FIR No. 59 U/S 310(2), 351(2)(3) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sarangpur Chandigarh on the complaint of Parveen Kumar R/o # 2180 Ambedkar Colony, Dhanas against Six unknown person on motor cycle & activa assaulted them and one accused attacked complainant’s son with a sharp weapon & snatched Samsung mobile phone and threatened them with dire consequences. Causing injuries and admitted to GMSH-16 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cheating

a case FIR No. 55 U/S 318(3) BNS has been registered in Police Station Industry Area Chandigarh on the complaint of Ved Parkash Goyal R/o # 3137, Sector-21/D Chandigarh against Tushar Arora R/o # 1060, Sector-38/W Chandigarh who cheated with complainant approx. 1304552/- regarding receiving order & collect payment from various shopkeepers. Rajesh Arora accepted payment both in cash and UPI payment for goods supplied by the complainant’s firm. On 05-12-2025 the said Rajesh Arora passed away. The complainant directed another employee to collect the outstanding dues. During this process, Accused Tushar Arora s/o Rajesh Arora has withdrawn all the amounts of the complainant which was lying in the bank accounts of Rajesh Arora illegally by forging his signature or through electronic modes. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Fire or explosive substance etc.

A Case FIR No. 74 U/S 326(G), 124(1), 105 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-34 Chandigarh on the complaint of Satish Kumar R/o # 989 GF, Village-Burail Chandigarh against Vijay Kumar R/o Village- Burail Chandigarh, while illegally refilling gas, the complainant was cooking food when the gas cylinder exploded and the present persons at the spot suffered burn injuries namely Munna, Mahesh, Gopi on 25-05-2026. The accused also sustained burns and was admitted to PGI Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.
