Chandigarh, March 28, 2026: The International Youth Conclave was successfully organized by Yuganta Global Youth Federation, India in collaboration with Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector 42, Chandigarh, with the aim of connecting youth with global opportunities and promoting international engagement.
The event was graced by Ms. Anastasia Ilyushina, Chief Coordinator of Youth Affairs, Russian House in New Delhi, as the Chief Guest. In her address, she encouraged students to explore international education, cultural exchange, and career opportunities, especially in Russia.
The program was organized with the support and collaboration of Dr. Nemi Chand, State Liaison Officer, National Service Scheme (NSS), Department of Higher Education, Chandigarh Administration, and Mr. Vinay Kumar, District Youth Officer, MY Bharat Kendra Chandigarh, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. Their support played a significant role in making the event impactful and successful.
A key highlight of the conclave was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Yuganta Global Youth Federation and Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Chandigarh. This MoU reflects a shared commitment to work together for the development and empowerment of students and youth by creating opportunities, providing platforms for growth, and promoting international exposure, leadership, and skill development.
The event was strongly supported by Prof. (Dr.) Binu Dogra, Principal of the host institution, whose leadership and encouragement ensured the smooth execution of the program.
More than 200 NSS volunteers, MY Bharat volunteers, and students from various colleges across Chandigarh actively participated in the conclave. The program provided valuable insights into global education, exchange programs, and international career pathways, while also strengthening India–Russia youth relations.
Speaking on the occasion, Rohit Kumar, Director, Yuganta Global Youth Federation, said, “Our vision is to empower youth by connecting them with global opportunities and building platforms where their potential can grow without limits. This conclave is not just an event, but a movement towards creating globally aware, confident, and future-ready young leaders who will contribute to international cooperation and sustainable development.”
