One arrested in Murder case
A case FIR No. 31 under Section 103(1) of BNS has been registered at Police Station Industrial Area on the complaint of Pardeep Mohan, resident of Room No. 02, House No. 60, Gali No. 2, Village Daria, Chandigarh. He alleged that Vinod murdered his wife Seema at their residence on February 21 at about 1.20 pm. During Investigation, one accused has been arrested h. The case is being investigated by the In-charge, Police Post Daria.
Cyber Cheating
A case FIR No. 33 under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 61(2) of BNS has been registered at Police Station Cyber Crime on the complaint of Bharat Bhushan Sharma, resident of House No. 2511/B, Sector 47-C, Chandigarh. He alleged that an unknown person cheated him of ₹29,45,000 in the name of investment.
A case FIR No. 34 under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 61(2) of BNS has been registered at Police Station Cyber Crime on the complaint of Buland Iqbal Singh, resident of House No. 2119, First Floor, Sector 15-C, Chandigarh. He alleged that an unknown person cheated him of ₹32,91,000 on the pretext of mobile hacking. investigation of the case is in progress.
