CHANDIGARH, 25.12.25-Under the aegis of Chief Khalsa Diwan Charitable Society (CKD), Amritsar, the NSS Wing of Sri Guru Harkrishan Senior Secondary Public School, Sector 40-C, Chandigarh successfully concluded its seven-day NSS Camp for the academic session 2025–26 with a dignified ceremony.

The concluding programme was graced by Dr. Nemi Chand, State Liaison Officer, NSS – UT Chandigarh, as the Chief Guest, in the presence of Dr. Paramjit Singh, Member-in-Charge, School Managing Committee, and Ms. Shama Kukkal, Principal of the school. The ceremony began with a school shabad and the NSS anthem, followed by the presentation of the Annual NSS Report highlighting key awareness sessions and community service activities conducted during the camp. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Nemi Chand emphasised the role of NSS in nurturing responsible and socially aware citizens. In his address, Dr. Paramjit Singh shared valuable insights on personal development, moral values, and social responsibility.A cultural performance paying tribute to the Char Sahibzadeh deeply moved the audience. In her address, Principal Ms. Shama Kukkal appreciated the dedicated efforts of the NSS volunteers and encouraged students to uphold the spirit of service.

A memento was presented to the Chief Guest as a token of gratitude. The programme marked the successful completion of the seven-day NSS Camp, leaving the volunteers inspired and value-enriched.
