MAHENDERGARH,26.08.26-Dr. Namrata Dhaka, Assistant Professor, Department of Biotechnology, Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh, has been recognized as one of the winners in a National Webinar Competition held by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) in collaboration with IIT Mandi.

Out of 122 webinars submitted nationwide by ANRF and erstwhile SERB grantees, selected presentations were shortlisted as winners — and Dr. Dhaka was among them, earning her a place as a delegate at the "Research X Impact Conclave 2026," held at IIT Mandi on 13–14 August 2026. The webinar that she submitted for this competition highlighted the ongoing work of her 'Seed Omics' Lab in CUH Mahendergarh. Her webinar was among the topmost viewed and liked videos submitted for this competition.

Honourable Vice Chancellor of CUH, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, congratulated Dr. Dhaka on her selection, and encouraged her to continue contributing to research and science communication in the future.

As a winning delegate, Dr. Dhaka attended a capacity-building workshop featuring ANRF advisors and officials, who spoke on research impact and the importance of science communication. Officials from Story 99 conducted a workshop on science communication and idea pitching.

Dr. Dhaka's selection reflects CUH's growing research profile nationally and commitment of the honorable Vice Chancellor and CUH fraternity for advancing Indian science. Such participations are expected to inspire greater faculty engagement with society at large for maximum research impact.in hindi
